Sierra Vista, the countdown is on. In just a few weeks, Malta Joe and the Pastizzi Express will roll into Veterans Memorial Park for the 29th Annual Oktoberfest and Carnival. Mark your calendar for Friday, September 12, from 5 PM to 11 PM, and Saturday, September 13, from 11 AM to 11 PM.
