If you’ve ever tasted a warm, flaky Pastizzi and wondered how such simple ingredients turn into something so delicious, Malta Joe’s Pastizzi Factory Tours were made just for you. These tours offer a one-of-a-kind, behind-the-scenes look at how Pastizzi are created, along with the chance to make your own from start to finish.

This is not a demonstration.
This is not a cooking show.
This is the real deal.

You’ll step into the factory, tie on an apron, and jump right into the Pastizzi-making process. During your workshop, you will get your pastizzi dough, fill it up with Ricotta Cheese, bake your pastizzi to perfection, and head home with Pastizzi you made yourself.

It’s a simple process, but once you have your hands in the dough, you quickly understand why Pastizzi are such a celebrated part of Maltese culture. Every fold, every layer, every bite is a tribute to centuries of tradition, and now you get to be part of that story.

Perfect for Groups, Families, and Food Lovers. Whether you’re planning a fun outing with friends, celebrating a birthday, organizing a team-building activity, or simply looking for something unique to do in Tucson, the Pastizzi Factory Tour is an experience people talk about long after they’ve left.

You’ll laugh, learn, connect, and best of all, walk out the door carrying Pastizzi you crafted with your own two hands.

Reserve Your Spot! Tours take place on Saturdays and are available by reservation. Spaces are limited, so gather your group and book early.

As a Proud Maltese American, I can say that Joe makes them as well or better than many I have had in Malta.
We have been to Malta several times and we come from Detroit which has a large Maltese American Community. I have had Pastizzi’s from many a place in Detroit and they do not compare.
Joe has gone to Malta and learned the craft, and it shows. Job well done.
    Bravo Joe!!!!!!!
